Abstract:
An aerosol-generating device according to various embodiments may comprise: a housing comprising an open end and an elongated cavity configured to communicate with the open end so as to contain an aerosol-generating article; a stick holder disposed in the elongated cavity so as to capture the aerosol-generating article and to rotate the aerosol-generating article around the longitudinal center axis thereof; and a light-emitting element for emitting light such that a medium segment included in the aerosol-generating article is heated.
