Abstract:
Provided is an aflatoxin-detoxifizyme mutant (ADTZ K213C/K244C/K270S) with improved trypsin resistance. The mutant is obtained by modifying a key amino acid residue at an outer layer part of a three-dimensional structure of a wild aflatoxin-detoxifizyme via protein engineering technology.
