Abstract:
A polymer carrier having a specified zinc complex group bound thereto by a covalent bonding directly or via a spacer. The polymer carrier has a property of binding to an anionic substituent (for example, a phosphoric acid group) under a specific condition and exhibits slight solubility (preferably, insolubility) in a solvent as a whole, and accordingly, is capable of capturing a substance having the anionic substituent (for example, a phosphoric acid group) and can be separated and purified with ease.
