The present invention relates to an agent for improving the quality of muscles which contains one or more selected from the group consisting of isoleucine, glycine, and cysteine. The present invention can provide an agent which can prevent a reduction in quality of muscles and improve the quality of muscles even when there are restrictions on exercise, and can effectively enhance the effects of even low-impact exercise.
