Abstract:
Disclosed are an agent information processing method and device, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining at least one type of task information of a target agent, the task information comprising: information of a task to be processed and information of an uncompleted task, the information of the task to be processed being information of a task required to be processed after a current time point, and the information of the uncompleted task being information of a task that is required to be processed but is not processed at the current time point; determining a calendar corresponding to the target agent; displaying the task information by means of the calendar. According to the present application, the task to be processed and the uncompleted task of an agent can be intuitively and clearly obtained by means of the calendar, so as to facilitate precise monitoring and management for the agent task, and effectively improve task management efficiency.
