Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for preventing the adsorption of periostin onto a container. [Solution] An agent for preventing the adsorption of periostin, which comprises a substance having an interfacial activity; a reagent for use in the measurement of periostin in a sample, which contains the agent for preventing the adsorption of periostin; and a method for preventing the adsorption of periostin, which comprises bringing a periostin-containing sample into contact with a container in the presence of a substance having an interfacial activity.
