Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an agent for reducing acid taste and/or acid smell which can effectively reducing an acid taste and/or an acid smell without imparting any offensive taste or smell.
[Solution] An agent for reducing acid taste and/or acid smell, which comprises 4,7-tridecadienal and/or 2,4,7-tridecatrienal, to be added to a food or a drink having an acid taste and/or an acid smell.
