Abstract:
The problem to be solved is to suppress carbohydrate breakdown and absorption in the body in order to suppress the blood sugar level, and to provide long-term prevention and amelioration of diabetes and obesity derived from hyperglycemic symptom and chronic blood sugar elevation. As a solution to this problem, an α-glucosidase activation suppressing agent and a glucose absorbance suppressing agent were invented, the suppressing agents being characterized by containing an amber extract as an effective component.
