Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is an agent task allocation method, used for solving the problems of high-quality customers being easily missed during the allocation of existing agent tasks and agent tasks being unreasonably allocated. The method provided in the present application comprises: determining selectable agent tasks to be allocated, and pre-dividing the selectable agent tasks into each service type in each service scenario; acquiring the maximum number of currently allocated tasks; determining a first number of currently allocated tasks for each service type according to the proportion of the maximum number of tasks and a preset number for each service type; selecting first agent tasks from selectable agent tasks of each service type respectively, the number of first agent tasks being the first number; determining the task priorities of the first agent tasks according to scenario priorities and type priorities; and allocating the selected first agent tasks to a service agent so as to enable the service agent to follow the first agent tasks according to the task priority sequences of the first agent tasks. Further provided in the present application are a storage medium and a server.
