The present invention relates to an aggregate mixer, which heats and agitates aggregates (including recycled aggregates), asphalt, and recycled additives, which are used for asphalt concrete pavement, on site so as to produce heated asphalt concrete or heated recycled asphalt concrete, the aggregate mixer comprising: a drum part rotatably driven, and having a feed port, through which the aggregates are fed, provided at one side thereof, a discharge port, through which the aggregates are discharged, provided at the other side thereof, and a predetermined inner space; a supporting part for supporting the drum part such that the drum part can be rotatably driven; and a rotation-driving part provided at one side of the supporting part so as to rotatably drive the drum part, wherein an opening and closing cover, which is hinge-coupled to one side of the drum part such that one side of the cover is separated from the feed port at a predetermined distance so as to enable the fed aggregates to come into contact with a plate surface and slide along the same, is provided so as to open the feed port when the aggregates are fed into the inner space, thereby quickly agitating the asphalt concrete aggregates on site during road asphalt concrete repair work so as to enable the repair work, using the heated asphalt concrete or the heated recycled asphalt concrete, even when a normal asphalt concrete plant is not operated or weather conditions deteriorate.
