In an aggregation control system which adjusts electric power between a plurality of facilities by means of a movable storage battery device, each of the plurality of facilities is provided with a control device which controls charging and discharging to the movable storage battery device, and the aggregation control system is provided with a server device connected to the plurality of control devices. The server device creates a condition for charging/discharging to the movable storage battery device on the basis of power supply and demand management information of a prescribed facility from among the plurality of facilities, compares a request for charging/discharging sent to the control device of the prescribed facility with the condition for charging/discharging, and instructs the control device to perform charging/discharging to the movable storage battery device in accordance with the result of the comparison.
