Abstract:
The present invention provides in examples an aging evaluation method for polymer modified asphalt based on potentiometric titration, and belongs to the technical field of road engineering. The aging evaluation method comprises the following steps: (1) performing aging treatment on a modified asphalt sample; (2) dissolving the modified asphalt sample in an organic solvent to formulate a to-be-tested liquid for titration test, and performing titration test on the to-be-tested liquid by using a potentiometric titration method to obtain iodine value of the modified asphalt sample before and after aging treatment; and (3) calculating the rate of change of iodine value after the aging treatment to evaluate the degree of aging of asphalt. The present invention selects the change rule of unsaturated bonds to evaluate the aging phenomenon of modified asphalt on the basis of the aging mechanism of modified asphalt, and combines a potentiometric titration method to monitor with high accuracy, providing effective information for evaluating the anti-aging ability of asphalt and adopting corresponding anti-aging measures in a targeted manner.
