Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an AI-based non-contact sleep analysis system and method. The sleep analysis system comprises: a smartphone that downloads a sleep analysis application from a server, collects sleep sound information about a user in real time, transmits the sleep sound information to the server, and receives a report of sleep analysis results learned by artificial intelligence from the server; and at least one smart home appliance that is located in the vicinity of the user with a space therebetween, simultaneously collects the sleep sound information, transmits the sleep sound information to the smartphone, and provides a customized sleep environment to the user in response to control of the smartphone. According to the present invention, because time for being awake, which is the basis of all sleep treatments, can be accurately guessed, various types of sleep of users can be conveniently and accurately analyzed even at home regardless of time and place. In addition, an electronic device or home appliance capable of creating an environment may be controlled on the basis of analyzed sleep state information.
