Abstract:
The present invention relates to an AI video learning platform-based VOD service system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a VOD service system which can perform video learning according to AI-based SRCNN to calculate a weight required to restore a high-definition video from high-definition VOD files, and later restore a low-definition VOD file to a high-definition VOD file by using the weight corresponding to the corresponding VOD file.
