Abstract:
An air purifier has an ion generation device provided in a route from a suction opening to a blowing opening, a humidifying filter provided in the route, more on the suction opening side than the ion generation device, a dust sensor and an odor sensor for detecting pollution of air, and a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor. When pollution of air is detected by the dust sensor and odor sensor and temperature and humidity are in a specific condition (YES in S06-S08), a fan motor is driven so that more moisture is supplied to the ion generation device than when the temperature and humidity are not in the specific condition (S14).
