Abstract:
An air backflushing self-cleaning filter, comprising a shell (17), the shell (17) being provided with a liquid inlet (16) and a liquid discharge outlet (12), the liquid inlet (16) being in communication with the space outside of a filter element (4), the space inside the filter element being in communication with the liquid discharge outlet; a stepper motor is arranged on the top of the shell, the stepper motor being connected to a rotating shaft (8), the lower end of the rotating shaft being provided with a rotary sealing element (13), a piston (11) being arranged in a piston chamber (9) inside the rotating shaft, the lower end of the piston being connected to a valve rod (20), the valve rod being provided with an air inlet valve core (21) and a residue discharge valve core (14); the rotary sealing element is provided with an air inlet valve base corresponding to the air inlet valve core; a residue discharge valve base corresponding to the residue discharge valve core is arranged in the shell, the rear valve channel of the residue discharge valve base being connected to a residue discharge outlet (1); the rotary sealing element separates a pre-filtering channel (2) and a post-filtering channel (3); when the rotary sealing element rotates, the liquid inlet and the pre-filtering channel, and the post-filtering channel and the liquid discharge outlet are simultaneously connected or disconnected; a lower chamber of the piston is connected to a compressed air source, and an upper chamber of the piston is provided with a reset spring (22). The residue discharge of the present air backflushing self-cleaning filter is quick and thorough.
