Abstract:
An air blower device (1) is provided with a main body casing (1C) in which an intake port (4) and discharge port (5) for air are open, an air blower section (7) for channeling air taken into the main body casing (1C) through the intake port (4) toward the discharge port (5), and a rotating section (2) for rotatably shifting the discharge direction of air from the discharge port (5) within a horizontal plane, the discharge port (5) having a longitudinal shape extending along the vertical direction, and the air blower device (1) having a first rotation mode for blowing air while the rotational angle of the direction of air discharge from the discharge port (5) is set to a first prescribed angular range centered about an arbitrary reference direction, and a second rotation mode for blowing air while the rotational angle of the direction of air discharge from the discharge port (5) is set to a second prescribed angular range that is centered about a different arbitrary reference direction and that is smaller than that of the first rotation mode.
