The present invention relates to an air blower and an in-vehicle ventilation system. The air blower comprises: a motor which comprises a rotor assembly, a stator assembly, a circuit board and a motor housing, the stator assembly being electrically connected to the circuit board; a mounting base, where the circuit board is mounted to the mounting base, the motor housing is connected to the mounting base, and the stator assembly and the circuit board are arranged between the motor housing and the mounting base; a stator bracket, where the mounting base and the stator bracket are arranged in a first direction and are connected to each other, the mounting base, the circuit board and the stator assembly are arranged in the first direction, the stator bracket sequentially passes through the circuit board and the stator assembly, and the stator assembly is mounted to the stator bracket; and an impeller, which is connected to a rotor shaft of the rotor assembly and can rotate around a first direction when driven by the motor. The internal structure of the air blower is more compact, the overall axial size is smaller, and the space required in an installation process can be reduced.
