Abstract:
Disclosed is an air blower, comprising an electric motor (1), a volute (2), and an impeller (3), wherein the middle of the volute (2) is provided with an inner cavity (21) for accommodating the impeller (3), a bottom surface and a side surface of the volute (2) are respectively provided with an air inlet (22) and an air outlet (23), the air inlet (22) and the air outlet (23) being connected to the inner cavity (21); and a top surface of the volute (2) is provided with a mounting hole (24), a mounting plate (4) is mounted above the mounting hole (24), the electric motor (1) is mounted on a top surface of the mounting plate (4), a front end part of a rotating shaft (11) of the electric motor (1) extends into the inner cavity (21) through a through-hole (40) in the middle of the mounting plate (4) and is mounted together with the impeller (3). The structure is simple, which can achieve that different series of motors adapt to various volutes, thereby reducing the varieties of the volute modules and the electric motors, being beneficial to the standardization of the product, and reducing the production cost.
