[PROBLEMS] To provide an ionizer whose body can be reinstalled at the same angle at which the ionizer body is installed even after the body is removed by holding and storing the installation angle at which the body is attached to the attachment without needing the troublesome adjustment of the installation angle and to improve the workability by facilitating the cleaning and replacement of the discharge needle and the cleaning of the fan. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An air-blowing ionizer which produces ions by applying a high voltage to a discharge needle and blows the ionized air containing the ions toward an object to be neutralized. The air-blowing ionizer comprises an ionizer body (10) having a discharge needle (107) and a fan (106), a stay (30) and so forth serving as an attachment to which the ionizer body (10) is attached, and an installation angle holding mechanism composed of a screw (38), an angle plate (37), and an engagement hole (16b) for holding the installation angle of the ionizer body (10) to the stay (30) even after the ionizer body (10) is removed from the stay (30).
