Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to intermittently and effectively generate, in a liquid phase, large air bubbles. An air bubble generation device 1 intermittently generates, in a liquid phase, large air bubbles a2. The air bubble generation device 1 comprises an air bubble storage container 3, a pivot spindle 4, and a pair of edge guards 5a, 5b. The air bubble storage container 3 stores air bubbles a1 generated by an air supply nozzle 2 in the liquid phase. The pivot spindle 4 releases the large air bubbles a2 from the air bubble storage container 3 by pivoting the air bubble storage container 3. The pair of edge guards 5a, 5b restricts the pivoting of the air bubble storage container 3 by stopping the edges of the air bubble storage container 3. The interior of the air bubble storage container 3 is separated by a partition 30 disposed in the axial direction of the pivot spindle 4.
