An air cell (10) of the present invention is provided with a positive electrode (1), a negative electrode (2) and outer frame members (31, 32) that are arranged on the outer peripheries of the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The positive electrode and the outer frame member are integrally bonded with each other. A battery pack (100) of the present invention is provided with a plurality of air cells, and the plurality of air cells are stacked therein. Due to this configuration, the mechanical strength and the sealing properties with respect to the electrolyte solution of the positive electrode are able to be increased. In addition, the air cell as a whole is able to be made thinner, thereby making the battery pack suitable for in-vehicle use.
