Abstract:
A positive electrode layer (1) and a negative electrode layer (2) are provided with an electrolyte layer (3) therebetween, and the positive electrode layer (1) and/or the negative electrode layer (2) is provided with a flow channel forming member (5) for forming an air flow channel (F) with respect to the positive electrode layer (1), the flow channel forming member (5) being interposed between adjacent air cells (A1) when a plurality of air cells (A1) are stacked. The flow channel forming member (5) is electrically conductive and functions so as to elastically deform correspondingly with expansion of the electrolyte layer (3). Through this structure, an increase in internal resistance accompanying expansion of an electrolytic solution can be counteracted by reduced contact resistance, a predetermined cross-sectional area of the air flow passage can be maintained to prevent decreased output.
