Abstract:
[Problem] To prevent a pair of fingers of a chuck portion from being freely displaced when the chuck portion is removed from an operating portion. [Solution] This air chuck 1 comprises: a chuck portion 2 that has a pair of openable and closable fingers 4a, 4b; an operating portion 3 that has an operating mechanism 5 for performing an opening/closing operation of the pair of fingers 4a, 4b; a coupling mechanism 6 for attaching the chuck portion 2 to the operating portion 3 in a detachable manner; and a lock mechanism 7 that enables the opening and closing of the fingers 4a, 4b when the chuck portion 2 is attached to the operating portion 3 and that disables the opening and closing of the finger 4a, 4b when the chuck portion 2 is detached from the operating portion 3.
