Abstract:
This air chuck comprises away-biasing air chambers (60a, 60d) that bias a plurality of finger parts (30, 32) away from each other, toward-biasing air chambers (60b, 60c) that bias the plurality of finger parts toward each other, a first solenoid valve (84) that supplies and discharges air to and from the away-biasing air chambers, and a second solenoid valve (86) that supplies and discharges air to and from the toward-biasing air chambers. A first check valve (78) is disposed partway along a flow path connecting the first solenoid valve to a supply port (72), a second check valve (80) is disposed partway along a flow path connecting the second solenoid valve to a second supply port, and the first and second solenoid valves are attached to a valve body (66).
