Abstract:
An air compressor, comprising: an integrated screw main machine (2) which is driven by a motor (1), the integrated screw main machine (2) being used for compressing air, a lubricating oil passage being provided in the integrated screw main machine (2), and a gas outlet end of the integrated screw main machine (2) being provided with a pressure valve (18); an oil and gas cooler (4) that is in communication with the lubricating oil passage; a water and gas separator (7), one end of which is in communication with the pressure valve; an oil removal filter (8), one end of which is connected with the other end of the water and gas separator (7); a refrigeration dryer (9), one end of which is connected with the other end of the oil removal filter (8); a dust filter (11), one end of which is connected with the other end of the refrigeration dryer (9); a precise dust filter (12), one end of which is connected with the other end of the dust filter (11); and a desiccant air dryer (10) connected with the refrigeration dryer in parallel.
