Title:
AIR-CONDITIONED GARMENT, AND METHOD FOR FORMING FAN FIXING HOLE IN AIR-CONDITIONED GARMENT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2006/090677
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An air-conditioned garment in which fans do not easily come off even if the garment is pulled and the manufacturing cost of which can be reduced. A cloth made of plastic fibers or a cloth made by blending plastic fibers is employed as the material of a cloth part (10). Holes (50) are formed at lower portions of the back of the cloth part (10) on the right and left sides close to the flanks. A hardened portion (12a) is provided along the edge of the cloth part (10) around each hole (50). The hardened portions (12a) are formed by thermally softening the material of the cloth part (10), i.e. the plastic fibers, and then hardening it. Fans are fixed to the cloth part (10) by utilizing the hardened portions (12a). Since the hardened portions (12a) do not expand nor contract, the fans do not come off the cloth part (10) even if the cloth part (10) is pulled.
