Abstract:
An air conditioner assisted fitness control method and control device, and an air conditioner. The control method comprises: obtaining image information in real time; when the image information comprises child information, obtaining the body surface temperature of the child in real time; when a child fitness assistance mode enabling signal is received or the body surface temperature of the child is determined to be greater than a first preset temperature value, entering a child fitness assistance mode; and generating a first reminder instruction, the first reminder instruction being used for sending first reminder information to a mobile phone bound to the air conditioner. The child information is identified by means of the image, and when the body surface temperature of the child is increased or the signal sent by the user is received, the air conditioner is controlled to enter the child fitness assistance mode; the reminder instruction is generated, and the reminder instruction is informed to the guardian according to a binding relationship between the air conditioner and the mobile phone, so that accidents such as fall-down or a muscle strain during independent fitness of the child are prevented, and when an accident occurs, the guardian can process the accident in a timely fashion.
