Abstract:
Disclosed are an air-conditioner-based intelligent terminal instrumented sleep system and a control method. The system comprises an air conditioner host and an intelligent terminal, wherein the intelligent terminal comprises a built-in operating system and a music control system; the air conditioner host comprises an MCU control chip; application software is arranged inside the intelligent terminal; and the application software can select an operating mode of the air conditioner host through the MCU control chip, and in the selected operating mode, control the music control system to play sleep music in a sleep stage through the operating system, and adjust the music volume according to a set music control curve. The sleep system and control method can realize the sleep solution of comprehensive touch, smell, hearing and vision perception of a human body and adjustment therefor in the sleep stage.
