Abstract:
This air conditioner cleaning system is provided with: an outdoor unit provided with a compressor and a first heat exchanger that is connected to the compressor and exchanges heat between a refrigerant discharged from the compressor and a fluid; an indoor unit provided with a first expansion valve that is connected to the first heat exchanger and expands the refrigerant heat-exchanged by the first heat exchanger, and a second heat exchanger that is connected to the first expansion valve and exchanges the low-temperature, low-pressure liquid refrigerant expanded by the first expansion valve for heat with the fluid; and a foreign matter recovery unit that is connected between the outdoor unit and the indoor unit and recovers solid foreign matter from the liquid refrigerant output from the second heat exchanger. The outdoor unit, the indoor unit and the foreign matter recovery unit are connected by refrigerant piping. The foreign matter recovery unit is provided with: a filter that is connected to the second heat exchanger by refrigerant piping and removes solid foreign matter from the liquid refrigerant output from the second heat exchanger; a temperature sensor that measures the temperature of the liquid refrigerant flowing into the filter from the second heat exchanger; a pressure sensor that measures the pressure of the liquid refrigerant flowing into the filter from the second heat exchanger; a second expansion valve that adjusts the flow rate of liquid refrigerant that has passed through the filter; and a third heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the liquid refrigerant that has passed through the second expansion valve and the fluid. The present invention is provided with a control device that, during refrigerant piping cleaning operation, opens the first expansion valve of the indoor unit, and controls the opening of the second expansion valve so that the degree of supercooling of the liquid refrigerant becomes the target degree of supercooling on the basis of the temperature measured by the temperature sensor and the pressure measured by the pressure sensor.
