Abstract:
In the present invention, an operation schedule list (123), which comprises operation schedules for an air conditioner (20) ordered by the amount of power consumed, is stored in advance in a memory (12). A heat-load estimator (113) calculates the estimated heat-load value for operation on a level 0 operation schedule, and a target-value setting unit (111) determines a daily target value for the cost of electricity for the air conditioner (20) according to the size of the estimated heat-load value. The heat-load estimator (113) calculates estimated heat-load values on the basis of operation schedules selected in descending order from level 0. An operation-schedule selector (112) selects the first operation schedule in which the cost of electricity when the air conditioner (20) is being operated so as to remove the estimated heat load is equal to or below the daily target value. A control-signal generator (114) generates a control signal on the basis of the selected operation schedule, and outputs the same to the air conditioner (20).
