Abstract:
An air conditioner control method and apparatus, and an air conditioner. The control method comprises: after a facial image of a user is acquired, determining, according to the obtained facial image, a comfort level evaluation score which represents the comfort level of the user; when the obtained comfort level evaluation score is not within a preset score range, adjusting actual operation parameters of an air conditioner according to a preset adjustment rule; and controlling the air conditioner to operate according to the actual operation parameters, and then returning to the step of acquiring a facial image of the user, so as to perform the next determination and adjustment until the obtained comfort level evaluation score is within the preset score range, and ending an adjustment process. By means of the control method, actual operation parameters of an air conditioner can be automatically adjusted, and a user no longer needs to manually adjust the parameters, thereby greatly improving the automation degree of an air conditioner control process, and facilitating the improvement of the usage experience of a consumer.
