Abstract:
An air conditioner control method and system. The control method comprises the steps of: acquiring a pressure value measured by a pressure sensor located on a bed body (S101); determining, on the basis of the acquired pressure value measured by the pressure sensor, whether the sleep of a user is interrupted (S102); and when the sleep of the user is interrupted, dynamically controlling the working temperature of an air conditioner by using sleep interruption control logic (S103).
