Abstract:
An air conditioner and a control method therefor. The air conditioner comprises a housing (10) and an air guide assembly (20) disposed on the housing (10). The air guide assembly (20) comprises: an air guide vane (21), swingably disposed on the housing (10); a rotation shaft (22), disposed on the air guide vane (21); and air guide blades (23), fixedly disposed on the rotation shaft (22). A preset angle is formed between the plane where the air guide blades (23) are located and the rotation shaft (22). The air conditioner control method comprises: making an air guide vane (21) swing in a first direction; and making a rotation shaft (22) rotate in a second direction opposite to the first direction of the swinging process of the air guide vane (21). The air conditioner resolves the problem in the prior art of the air conditioner being incapable of blowing both upwards and downwards and at a fixed angle left and right.
