An air conditioner control method. An air conditioner comprises an air conditioner indoor unit; the air conditioner indoor unit comprises a casing, a first fan and a second fan (24); the front side of the casing is provided with a first air outlet (11) and a second air outlet (21); a third air outlet (31) is further provided in a peripheral wall of the casing; the first fan is provided with two air outlets which are respectively in communication with the second air outlet (21) and the third air outlet (31); the second fan (24) is arranged between the second air outlet (21) and the corresponding air outlet of the first fan; and a damper is arranged between the third air outlet (31) and the corresponding air outlet of the first fan. The air conditioner control method comprises: acquiring the rotation speed of the second fan (24); and according to the first fan and the rotation speed of the second fan (24), controlling the opening and closing angle of the damper. According to the first fan and the rotation speed of the second fan (24), the air conditioner control method controls the opening and closing angle of the damper to control the air volume of the third air outlet (31), so as to ensure the air discharge volume of the second air outlet (21), thus making the air mixing effect of the first air outlet (11) and the second air outlet (21) better.
