An air conditioner defrosting control method and an air conditioner controller. The air conditioner defrosting control method comprises: step (101), acquiring, according to a preset time interval, a low-pressure temperature of an air-side heat exchanger of a unit in a current heating cycle and heating operation time corresponding to times of acquiring temperatures; step (102), calculating, according to the acquired low-pressure temperature and the heating operation time, low-pressure temperature change rates and low-pressure reduction amplitude values corresponding to the times of acquiring temperatures; step (103), when the low-pressure temperature change rate or low-pressure reduction amplitude value satisfies corresponding defrosting conditions, controlling the unit to enter defrosting control. The present invention, by means of the control method, enables an air conditioner to be adapted to more complex working conditions without manual intervention, effectively improving the smart operation of a unit while guaranteeing the safe and efficient operation of the unit.
