Abstract:
An air conditioner fault detection method, comprising: acquiring a plurality of frequency spectrum data groups of an air conditioner in an operation state, wherein the frequency spectrum data groups each comprise an operation frequency of the air conditioner in the current operation state and a sound pressure level corresponding to the operation frequency; sending the plurality of frequency spectrum data groups to an air conditioner cloud, performing matching and analysis on each frequency spectrum data group by means of the air conditioner cloud, and outputting an analysis result; and on the basis of the analysis result, determining whether an operation system of the air conditioner is abnormal, and providing a prompt to a user. Further provided are an air conditioner fault detection apparatus, an air conditioner, an electronic device, a storage medium and a computer program product. By means of the present application, an operation frequency and a sound pressure level of an air conditioner are processed and analyzed by means of an air conditioner cloud, such that fault information of the air conditioner can be detected more accurately, and a prompt is provided to a user in a timely manner, thereby improving the efficiency of air conditioner fault detection.
