Abstract:
A centrifugal fan comprises: a base plate to which a rotary shaft of a motor is connected; a plurality of blades coupled to the base plate; a shroud having a ring-shape and coupled to the blades while facing the base plate; and a bell mouth which is provided inside the shroud and the inner diameter of which is gradually enlarged toward an upstream side, wherein the length of a joined part joined to the base plate at one end of each of the blades is larger than the length of a joined part joined to the shroud at the other end thereof, and in a shape projected on a plane perpendicular to the rotation axis of the rotary shaft, an angle between a first straight line, which connects the position of the leading edge of the one-end joined part and the position of the following edge thereof, and a straight line passing through the midpoint of the first straight line and the center of rotation is smaller than an angle between a second straight line, which connects the position of the leading edge of the other end joined part and the position of the following edge thereof, and a straight line passing through the midpoint of the second straight line and the center of rotation.
