An air conditioner indoor unit, comprising a casing, and a fan casing (10), an electric heating assembly (20) and a heat exchanger assembly (30) which are disposed in the casing. The fan casing (10) has a return air inlet (110) and an air outlet (120); the electric heating assembly (20) and the heat exchanger assembly (30) are both disposed at the air outlet (120) of the fan casing (10); and the electric heating assembly (20) is located between the fan casing (10) and the heat exchanger assembly (30). Further disclosed are an air conditioner control method, an air conditioner, and a storage medium. Since the electric heating assembly (20) is disposed at the air outlet (120) of the fan casing (10) and between the fan casing (10) and the heat exchanger assembly (30), the fan casing (10) and the heat exchanger assembly (30) can isolate a fire source that may be generated by the electric heating assembly (20) when the electric heating assembly (20) has a blow or other accident, thereby avoiding potential safety hazards caused by improper installation of the electric heating assembly (20).
