An air conditioner indoor unit heat exchanger is provided. The air conditioner indoor unit heat exchanger comprises a fin (1). The fin (1) comprises a first folding fin portion (11), a second folding fin portion (12), and a third folding fin portion (13) sequentially connected from top to bottom. The second folding fin portion (12) is located in front of the first folding fin portion (11) and the third folding fin portion (13). The fin (1) further comprises an upper connection structure (14) and a lower connection structure (15). An upper end of the second folding fin portion (12) is connected to the first folding fin portion (11) by means of the upper connection structure (14), and a lower end thereof is connected to the third folding fin portion (13) by means of the lower connection structure (15). Two sides of the upper connection structure (14) are provided with a first airflow blocking structure. Two sides of the lower connection structure (15) are provided with a second airflow blocking structure. The third folding fin portion (13) is provided with a third airflow blocking structure (18). The first airflow blocking structure, the second airflow blocking structure, and the third airflow blocking structure (18) all protrude out of a heat exchange surface of the fin (1), for blocking an airflow entering the fin. The present invention further discloses an air conditioner indoor unit.
