Abstract:
An air conditioner indoor unit is provided with a display panel that is disposed on the front side, a display device that has a light emitting device that can be controlled to be illuminated or extinguished and that is disposed to face the back face of the display panel, and an icon that is formed on the face of the display panel and that is for notification of prescribed information. The icon has a light shielding layer with ink that does not transmit light printed thereon, and the icon is made visible by way of light emitted from the light emitting device from the inside of the indoor unit.
