Abstract:
An air conditioner (1) comprises an outdoor unit (2) and an indoor unit (3). The indoor unit is equipped with: a first connection port (121) that is connected to the outdoor unit and configured so as to circulate refrigerant; a second connection port (122) that is connected to the outdoor unit and configured so as to circulate the refrigerant; a first path (92 to 94) that is provided between the first connection port and the second connection port; a second path (95 to 97) that is provided between the first connection port and the second connection port in parallel with the first path; a first indoor heat exchanger (71) that is provided in the first path; a first expansion valve (42) that is provided between the first indoor heat exchanger in the first path and the second connection port; a second indoor heat exchanger (72) that is provided in the second path; and a second expansion valve (43) that is provided between the second indoor heat exchanger in the second path and the first connection port. The first indoor heat exchanger is located on the upwind side in the flow direction of air taken into the indoor unit. The second indoor heat exchanger is located on the downwind side in the flow direction of air taken into the indoor unit.
