Abstract:
An air-conditioner management apparatus 100 controls the operation of a plurality of air conditioners 10 that have a plurality of indoor units 12. The air-conditioner management apparatus 100 includes a control unit 21 that performs air conditioning control in which normal control is switched to energy-saving control when, during the normal control in which the indoor temperature is maintained at a preset temperature, load data indicating the ambient environments of the indoor units 12 satisfy a specific load condition. Even when the load data of some indoor units 12 do not satisfy the load condition, the control unit 21 starts the energy-saving control when it is anticipated, from the history of the previous operating status data of these indoor units 12, that the indoor environment comfort will not be deteriorated by starting the energy-saving control.
