An air-conditioner management apparatus 10 which manages an air conditioner 1, and comprises: a touch panel 20 which includes a display surface 22 on which display is to be carried out, a display unit 24 for causing display to be carried out on the display surface 22, and a detection unit 26 for detecting the pressure against the display surface 22; and a processing unit 30 which is connected to the touch panel 20. When the display surface 22 is pressed, the detection unit 26 outputs a positional coordinate signal which corresponds to the position where the pressure is applied, and a pressure force signal which corresponds to the force of the pressure. The processing unit 30 acquires the positional coordinate signal and the pressure force signal output from the detection unit 26, calculates positional coordinate data, including the information about a device to be controlled, from the positional coordinate signal, calculates pressure force data, including information about the controlled variable for the device to be controlled, from at least the pressure force signal, and controls at least the display unit 24 using the positional coordinate data and the pressure force data.
