Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to reduce the discomfort of a user due to vibration and noise from a compressor, piping, and the like in an air conditioner or the like. Therefore, the present invention comprises: a compressor (10) equipped with a motor (12) and a compression mechanism unit (14) driven by the motor (12); a speed detection unit (43) for detecting the rotation speed of the motor (12); a driving state control unit (48) for controlling the driving state of the motor (12); and refrigerant piping for circulating a refrigerant and connected to the compression mechanism unit (14). When the driving state control unit (48) stops the motor (12), the speed of the motor (12) is reduced to a rotation speed equal to or less than the resonant frequency of the compression mechanism unit (14) and the refrigerant piping.
