Provided are an air conditioner outdoor unit, a vibration isolation structure (10) thereof, and an air conditioner comprising the outdoor unit. The vibration isolation structure (10) comprises: a bottom foot (2) and a vibration isolation member (3). The bottom foot (2) is provided with a mounting hole (21). The vibration isolation member (3) comprises a first end part (31), a connecting part (33) and a second end part (32) that are connected in sequence, wherein the connecting part (33) is located in the mounting hole (21), the first end part (31) and the second end part (32) are located on opposite sides of the mounting hole (21), and the vibration isolation member (3) is provided with a connecting hole (35) penetrating through the first end part (31), the connecting part (33) and the second end part (32). The vibration isolation structure (10) can prevent vibrations from being transferred to a fastener via the bottom foot (2) and from being transferred to an installation base from the bottom foot (2) so as to effectively isolate the transfer of vibrations of the outdoor unit to the installation base.
