Abstract:
An air conditioner parameter adjusting method, comprising the following steps: (S10) obtaining sleep state information of a user detected by a radar sensor in a space where an air conditioner operates; (S20) determining a current sleep stage of the user according to the sleep state information; (S30) when the sleep stage meets a sleep stage adjustment condition, controlling and adjusting a first set operation parameter corresponding to the sleep stage. Also provided are an air conditioner parameter adjusting device, the air conditioner, and a readable storage medium.
