The present invention relates to an air conditioner refrigerant transfer hose and a connection device thereof. The air conditioner refrigerant transfer hose may significantly reduce outward permeability of a low temperature refrigerant in an air conditioner and easily adhere to NBR rubber stacked above and under an EVOH resin constituting a refrigerant transfer hose to increase wear resistance and tensile strength. Also, a polyester resin (PET resin) and an EPDM rubber are successively stacked outside the air conditioner refrigerant transfer hose to improve thermal stability against a low temperature of the hose when transferring the refrigerant therein, and heat and cold resistance. In addition, the refrigerant transfer hose may be easily connected to a copper pipe of the air conditioner through a hose connection hole for connecting the refrigerant transfer hose and the copper pipe to each other to prevent the refrigerant from leaking. Also, the air conditioner refrigerant transfer hose may significantly reduce vibration generated when the refrigerant is transferred.
