Abstract:

An air conditioner selection system according to the present invention can efficiently select an air conditioner that satisfies a safety standard requirement when a refrigerant has leaked. An air conditioner selection system (100) is a system for selecting an air conditioner (50) having an in-room unit (52). The air conditioner selection system (100) comprises a floor area acquisition unit (12a), a permitted refrigerant amount acquisition unit (12b), and an air conditioner selection unit (12c). The floor area acquisition unit (12a) acquires the floor area of a room (3) in which the in-room unit (52) will be installed. At least on the basis of the floor area acquired by the floor area acquisition unit (12a), the permitted refrigerant amount acquisition unit (12b) acquires a permitted refrigerant amount that is permitted to accumulate in the room (3). At least on the basis of the permitted refrigerant amount acquired by the permitted refrigerant amount acquisition unit (12b), the air conditioner selection unit (12c) selects an air conditioner (50) having an in-room unit (52) that can be installed in the room (3).
