Description:

AIR CONDITIONER SUPPLIED WITH METEOROLOGICAL

STATION AND LIGHTING

Field of the invention

This embodiment is related to the mechanical engineering field, particularly to the households appliances devices and its regarding to a split air conditioning unit and its respective remote control. Background of the embodiment

Air conditioning, according to the application technical definition, its the air treatment process designated to simultaneously control the ambient temperature, humidity, purity and air distribution. There are very special embodiments, in which even the ambient air pressure might be controlled. These ambient could be intended to human or animal comfort, in this case the systems applied are commonly called comfort air conditioner. These ambient could also be intended to the development of an industrial or laboratorial process, and in this case the system is called process air conditioned system. Often the air conditioning system is wrongly mixed up with the regular venting systems, in which there isn't a simultaneous control of all the variables (temperature, humidity and purity). The air conditioning process is always associated to both refrigeration and/or warming mechanical process, which distinguish it from the regular venting systems. "Split" pattern equipments used for air conditioning, usually request panels to be placed inside of the part of the equipment responsible for the air distribution, which is already conditioned. Such panels are comprised by an wide front area, essential to perform a more efficient dispersion of the treated air. Thus, the aforementioned frontal area can also be used as a support to present information related to the equipment functioning, such as local temperature and humidity, disperse air temperature and humidity, local temperature and humidity settled by users,

among other.

In a similar way, the remote control has a screen, in which the same information are presented to the user, easing its parameters visualization and alteration, as required. The climate forecast is an information associated to the everyday, useful for allowing the definition of routines in connection with the climatic behavior. Thus, the climatic forecast availability, even though for a few hours period, is manifested directly related to the user interest. In order to be obtained, the climatic forecast depends on the sensors that measure the parameters received from the atmosphere such as humidity, temperature and pressure, which, separately or together, allow the determination of certain atmospheric condition. When some measurements are performed, in a minimum amount required to identify a behavior curve, becomes feasible to determine a forecast for the next period, within a threshold of a few hours .

The ambient lighting is another factor that is directly related to the everyday, once several human activities depend on ambient lighting in order to be nicely developed. Either functional lighting, related to a need of a required level of lighting, and also being able to incorporate the color as an additional requirement, or the decorative lighting, make part of the ambient interaction with the human activity. Therefore, lighting with a specific intensity and colors, stable or under variations, can be desired for certain kinds of ambient. State of Art Analysis USD452556 discloses an open panel of air conditioner with a movable door, whose ornamental drawing does not anticipate any meteorological station embodiment in a conditioned air, neither remote control nor even lighted outline.

US3754439 discloses both an oceanlogical and meteorological station that provides oceanlogical and meteorological measurements in the continental zone, however without anticipating any connection of the meteorological station with household appliances. MU7101879-4 discloses a configuration introduced in air conditioner control panel comprising a control panel made with two three-dimensional parts that fits to each other, where the control buttons are connected, fixable through edges and holes, without needing screws or any other standalone feature of the panel, however without anticipating any aspects that comprise this actual invention.

P 19602963-3 discloses the panel for the air conditioner box which presents a hard panel with flexible bars and holes for fixation with plugs. Such panel has the function to seal the equipment box gap in a practical, economic and functional manner, however it shall not by any chance conflict with any aspects of the actual invention.

US4933824 discloses a lighted panel provided to the use in a data exposure panel system. The lighted panel includes a border with peripheral segments against each other, which bound a predetermined area. This differs from any aspects of the actual invention once it does not provide neither a diffuse ambient lighting nor the possibility to change the color, further it does not illustrate associations with the air conditioner or the meteorological station.

US3486261 discloses a lighting apparatus comprising a light source continuously variable over a series of specters with distinct bandwidths. However, it does not mention any connection with the air conditioner or the meteorological station, neither provides diffuse ambient lighting nor the possibility to change the color. Brief description of the embodiment

The air conditioners development has reached such a level that it appears associated, at this embodiment, to a meteorological station to the air conditioner, since it has the measurement instruments incorporated into its functioning, with a diffuse lighting system, taking profit of the panel exposition area, compounding an association of design and functionality. It is about a panel for split air conditioner unit and its respective remote control, both panel and remote control supplied with meteorological information showing the climate behavior tendency within a period of few hours. The panel presents a lighted outline, which creates diffuse ambient lighting with the possibility to change the color, further acting as a lamp, providing a softer lighting system. Further, it provides the enrichment of the device aesthetic aspects. !

The meteorological station replaces the traditional devices and allows the user a better interaction with the equipment in order to obtain a better temperature adjustment. Description of the drawings

Figure 1 shows a view in perspective of the air conditioner, where the temperature and climatic conditions indicator display (2A) is presented. Figure 2 shows a detailed view of the temperature and climatic conditions indicator display (2A).

Figure 3 shows a view in perspective of the temperature and climatic conditions indicator remote control (3A) to visualize the functions. Detailed description of the application This application describes a panel of an air conditioner device unit (Figure 1) and its respective remote control (Figure 3), both comprised of a secondary device that works as a "meteorological station", as shown in details in the Figure 2, using the information already available in the

equipment through its sensors in order to provide information (2A) related to the climate behavior tendency within a few period of hours. The several sensors present in this kind of equipment, such as for temperature, pressure and humidity, required to provide the suitable air treatment for the ambient in which is installed the air conditioner device, also work as measurement devices for the climate behavior determination, allowing it to point out its tendency in a short period of time of few hours. The climate tendency, noticed by the sensors, is exposed in the frontal portion of the equipment, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, and on the remote control (Figure 3) screen (3A) (Figure 3), allowing the easy access to the information.

Further, the aforementioned panel can contain a variant constituted by a lighted outline and eventually mirrored, placed at the equipment external border, creating a diffuse ambient lighting with the possibility to change the color, where this alteration can be occasional 1 and random or previously determined by the user. '

The equipment outline lighting is performed with lighting elements, preferably LEDs, placed internally in the bond line of the panel with the mirror. Such particular characteristics differ the air conditioner equipment from the others known in the state of the art, offering an innovator association which allows the user to have the equipment for one more practical function. This latest thing is not limited to the representations mentioned or illustrated here, and it has to be understood in its wide scope. Many changes and other representations of the innovation will come in mind of those skilled in the technique connected with this innovation, having the benefit of the precept presented at previous descriptions and attached drawings. Further, it has to be understood that the innovation is not limited

to the disclosed specific shape, and that the changes and other shapes are understood as enclosed within the scope of the attached claims. Although specific terms are nominated here, they are only used in a generic and descriptive form and not with a limiting purpose.
